Initial visit $160(includes evaluation and treatment (60-90 minutes)
Follow-up $115 (45-60 minutes)
Consultation/Office Visit
Initial $130 (60 minutes)/ $85(45minutes)
Follow-up $65 (15-30minutes)/Quick check $50 (less 15 minutes)
*Above fee schedule only for those who do not need to file claims to against their deductible
*Fee does not include cost of herbs.
Other Treatment
cupping 15 minutes $25
Gua Sha 15 minutes $35
Electric Stimulation 25 minutes $30(in addition to acupuncture)
Infrared/Moxbustion 15 minutes $35(in addition to acupuncture)

Herbs
Granules 50-65¢/gram
Patents and tablets, variously priced.
*We try to keep our herbs as inexpensive as possible.
We accept medical insurance, workers compensation, auto accidents and cash paying patients.
Please note
• Payment is due at time of services.
• Payment methods include cash, check and credit/ debit card
• 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations
(48 hours required for new patients)
• Patients will be billed for missed appointments
• Superbills can be issued for patient submission to insurance companies if necessary
• We will submit the claims on behalf of the members who will pay the patient responsibility amount based on Explanation of Benefits( EOP) from your medical insurance.

Before scheduling an appointment
Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if our clinic or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include our clinic or provider, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
